CFO & Finance Staff Network Meeting: Leveraging Bill.com for Grants, Travel & Vendor Payments
Join peers in the CFO/Finance Network for an
interactive session focused on how philanthropic organizations are using
Bill.com to streamline payments — from grants, to vendor invoices, to travel
expenses. In this convening, we’ll hear:

short presentation from a long‑time Bill.com user on how implementation
evolved, key practices, and integration with other systems;
- A
second presentation from an organization newer to Bill.com highlighting
their decision process and onboarding experience
- A
facilitated peer discussion: bring your questions, challenges and success
stories around using Bill.com in a philanthropy context.
Whether your foundation or funder is fully up and
running in Bill.com or just exploring it, this session offers an opportunity to
learn from peers, share tactics, and deepen your workflow efficiencies and
internal controls.
We encourage CFOs, controllers, finance directors and other
staff responsible for payment workflows to attend.
About the Network:
The CFO & Finance Staff Network is a space for CFOs, Finance Directors, and others with similar finance and operational roles to build community; exchange ideas and learnings; and support one another to be internal advocates to influence and advance racial equity within their institutions.
