Commit to Stewardship Excellence and Your Donors Will Commit to You!

You've heard it a thousand times: It's easier to increase revenue from current donors than incurring the higher cost (time and money!) of trying to find new ones. If that's the case, then why isn't your donor retention 80% or more?

To be sure your donors have a great philanthropic experience when they support your organization, it's critical that you establish a clear approach to ensuring their satisfaction and delight in giving you their hard-earned resources – especially since your next best supporter is your current one.

This workshop will help you define the model program and strategies to maximize retention, minimize churn, and ensure your donors support your organization with increased support for life. Bring your development team so you can systematize your approach!
