Funders Day Out: Brockton

Join peer funders in Brockton to learn about the city and the nonprofits serving the community. We invite funders already funding in Brockton, along with those who are interested in learning more, to attend. During this day-long program, funders will have a chance to explore area nonprofit organizations excelling in addressing healthcare, housing, homelessness & food insecurity, and youth development. The day will begin with a landscape scan to better understand the needs and work being done by nonprofits in the region, followed by a variety of interactions with such nonprofits, and ending with a discussion of key takeaways from the day. We'll be at two locations during the day, starting at the Brockton Public Library, and are planning an approximately half-mile walk between locations. If you would prefer not to walk or are unable to do so, please let us know ahead of time so that we can provide transportation between locations.

Lunch will be provided as part of the program.
