Get-to-Know Funders is great for those who are new to grantseeking and also for seasoned pros. It's a time for collegial knowledge exchange and connecting with peers and funders with an interest in the region.
The program starts with a brief intro of the panelists with a kick off question to share their organizations' funding strategies. Then, attendees will use an automated survey system to submit questions and then all attendees vote on which questions they most want to have addressed. This ensures that the questions of most interest to most in the audience, will be posed to the panelists.
In the final 30 minutes, the panelists will go to tables in the audience so attendees can make brief intros and if time permits, ask a follow up question.
