Thank you for your interest in the Nonprofit Learning Institute!

In it's tenth year, the Nonprofit Learning Institute is renewing it's focus on strengthening the nonprofit sector, with an emphasis on supporting leaders of color through the work of the institute. This information session will provide a space to discuss the application, the renewed focus, the sessions offered, the virtual format and more. Space will also be provided for open questions and answers. 

Presented by Bank of America and Philanthropy Massachusetts, the Nonprofit Learning Institute is comprised of a series of technical assistance and capacity building sessions with the goal of fostering and empowering leaders in the Massachusetts nonprofit sector. Twenty nonprofit organizations from a broad cross-section of the nonprofit sector will be selected to participate. The Nonprofit Learning Institute includes four sessions for learning and networking. A primary contact – senior management staff or board member – will be expected to attend all sessions.  Sessions will be led by experts from leading service organizations and/or consultants in each topic area. The 2021 Nonprofit Learning Institute will be held virtually.

Refunds: When an event or program requires payment, payment is required in advance unless alternative arrangements have been made with an Philanthropy MA staff member. If payment has not been received and/or arrangements have not been made three or more business days before the event date, Philanthropy MA reserves the right to cancel your unpaid reservation. Philanthropy MA does not provide refunds, but a credit good for one year may be issued for future events if notice of nonattendance is received three or more business days prior to the event. If you need to cancel your event registration, please email Philanthropy MA staff at info@philanthropyma.org.

No Solicitations: Philanthropy MA values knowledge sharing – connecting people with each other and with information. We strive to create a welcoming, collegial atmosphere at all of our events. We kindly ask program participants to refrain from soliciting other participants for business or grants while at events hosted by us, regardless of venue.
