state seal for Attorney General's office

Join us for a workshop with representatives from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s (AG) office to learn how the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division is making initial charity registration and annual filings easier for nonprofits via its new online portal. They will give an update on what forms are mandatory and how to use the new system.

Massachusetts law requires all public charities operating in the state to register and file annual reports and other documents with the Attorney General’s office. In an effort to make it easier and more efficient for tens of thousands of Massachusetts nonprofits to meet annual filing and disclosure requirements, the AG has recently launched the Online Charity Filing Portal that nonprofit organizations can use to submit their statutorily required filings.

The portal makes it possible to submit these filings online instead of sending hard copy documentation through the mail. To see if your charity is already registered, please search here. To access the form, please start here

Registration closes at 2 pm on Monday, January 30th. Please view the Zoom delivery information below.
