At the October 2019 kick-off meeting for the Mid to Senior Level Program Staff Learning Network (Learning Network), participants identified "meeting facilitation" as a priority learning area for 2020. We are pleased to offer this 6 hour session, in which you will learn how to facilitate your meetings in a way that leads to:
- Greater meeting focus so that your meetings are productive
- Increased participation and engagement so that participants derive greater personal value from your meetings
- Confidence that you can manage challenging situations, agendas, or personalities so that your meetings are perceived as “time well spent”
Our facilitators will be Joanne Derr of Joanne Derr Consulting and Bruce Fern, President of Change-Ready Solutions. Joanne and Bruce have spent many years teaching others how to be more effective working with groups in both the non-profit and corporate sectors.
Arrive at 9:30 for breakfast and informal conversation. 10am program start time
