Join us for a special briefing on March 25th at 1
p.m. as we introduce our new strategic direction and share how we are evolving to
ensure that philanthropy in Massachusetts leads the nation in generosity and
impact.
This is an invitation to learn who we are becoming — and why
it matters for philanthropy across the Commonwealth.
In one focused, engaging session, we will walk through our
vision, our priorities, and what makes this next chapter different: deeper
cross-sector partnerships and meaning making, stronger statewide networks, and
a clear commitment to helping philanthropy Learn, Connect, Lead, and Act in new
ways. This includes:
- New funder programming — curated
conversations with luminaries who are redefining leadership as the landscape
changes; the introduction of a Philanthropy Massachusetts Senior Fellows program; and deeper
exploration of what data means for philanthropic strategy and decision-making.
- Networks as laboratories for innovation —
convening philanthropy, nonprofits, and partners to test ideas, surface
learning, and advance collective action in ways only we as a statewide
philanthropic network can.
- Aligned nonprofit support — strengthening
capacity-building and services so nonprofits and funders can move forward
together with greater effectiveness.
We have exciting programming in the pipeline — including an April 8th session on advancing
arts, culture, and democracy in partnership with Harvard Kennedy School Culture
and Civil Society Initiative and Harvard Loeb Fellowship, our 3rd Aligning
for Impact program on May 20th
focused on impact within the MA Small Business ecosystem, and so much
more.
