Harbor Compliance (https://www.harborcompliance.com/information/how-to-start-a-non-profit-organization-in-massachusetts): Provides a Nonprofit Startup Guide with basic steps for starting a nonprofit in Massachusetts. Fiscal Sponsorship: If you are not yet recognized as tax exempt or are not quite ready to take on all the things required to start a 501(c)(3) and would rather outsource some of the back office stuff, you can have your organization fiscally sponsored.
