Job Description

The Development Coordinator performs a wide variety of professional, administrative, and support tasks for the BU Wheelocks Development team and will directly support the Assistant Dean for Development overseeing the college and their staff. This position includes the organization, planning, and communication with multiple departments within the college, development, alumni relations and across campus. The successful candidate will maintain appointment schedules for the Assistant Dean for Development, prepare reports, be responsible for drafting correspondence, and resolve any procedural and workflow issues and day to day events and operations.

Required Skills

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal skills
