Applying to the Summer Fund

Notice of Intent Form

The Summer Fund's 2026 grant cycle is now open. The first step in the application process is to submit a Notice of Intent (formerly known as a Letter of Intent). This brief form, which is designed to take just a few minutes to complete, simply indicates your organization's intent to apply and provides us with current contact information. The due date for submissions is Friday, January 30th. You can access the form here.

Application

Organizations that submit a Notice of Intent form and meet the Summer Fund's eligibility requirements will be asked to submit a full application. When the application portal has been opened for this year, a link to the webform will be available here. 

Report

After the grant period has ended, grantees are required to submit a report to the Summer Fund. Our reporting period takes place between September and October, annually. When the report portal has been opened for this year, a link to the webform will be available here.
