Applying to the Summer Fund
Step 1: Submit a Notice of Intent
The first in this two-step process is to submit a Notice of Intent. This brief form indicates your organization's intent to apply and provides us with current contact information. Notices will be posted and open in January 2027 for next summer.
Step 2: Submit an Application
Eligible organizations will be invited to submit a full application. Award letters are sent in April/May. Grants are issued by early June.

Report
At the end of the summer, grantees are asked to submit a report. Camp Opportunity Fund partners submit tracking documents for reimbursement. Our reporting period takes place in September
and October.
